She even made me some drawings as I told her I am a very visual person that has had bad experiences in the past. "We hired Patricia Interiors for our master bedroom renovation and I cannot say enough about our experience with them! I needed major help with design and not only did they design something beautiful for my husband and I, but they were so easy to work with. I had a few ideas in mind and they listened and really understood my tastes. They helped me with custom draperies (GORGEOUS!) and created a master bedroom space that is calming and serene. Its my favorite room in the house :) They helped me pick out new furniture, bedding, accessories, artwork- you name it! I would not have not been able to create this perfect space without them. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

She has a breath of knowledge that allows her to accommodate my tastes, but also ensure that the overall design is in sync with the design and location of my home.  She has  a very diplomatic way of suggesting when I'm going astray with my choices and in every case where she has told me "Trust Me"  I have been delighted !
