"We would recommend Alliance Ground Services to anyone. Jared & Kayla consulted with us on our project offering great thoughts and suggestions to enhance own ideas. Our project involved many different improvements and they met or exceeded our hopes on everything we asked for especially the retaining wall. Our project finished at the projected cost in a timely manner. I still enjoy seeing all the improvements Jared & Kayla made to our property."

"I have had them out twice now, to side my house and then my garage. They are very professional and they do outstanding work. They are also helpful when making a decision you are not sure about. Their cost is very reasonable compared to other well known companies I had called. They also give free estimates. I would highly recommend them for your next siding project."

Small jobs welcome

"Xtreme Excavation and Grading was fantastic, my sewer pipe was backing up so i ran a camera and come to find out it was packed full with roots and waste, so I googled up some companies and got a couple quotes but the I called and spoke with Brandon (the owner of Xtreme) and him and his guys didn’t waste any time!! He told me the price (which was extremely reasonable nearly half as much as the other 2 places i called) came out the next day and fixed my issue, Very friendly and knowledgeable and they did great work!! I will definitely be keeping them in mind for future needs"

Land Clearing Services questions, answered by experts

For land surveying in Flint, prioritize high-precision GPS/GNSS units and total stations for accurate property line measurements. Use iron pipes or concrete monuments as boundary markers to withstand Flint’s freeze-thaw cycles. Weatherproof field notebooks and durable marking paint help in changing conditions. Safety gear, such as reflective vests, is essential for work near roads. Select supplies proven to handle Flint’s urban redevelopment and varied terrain.

Helpful?

When hiring a land surveyor in Flint, look for professionals with experience in local property lines, knowledge of Flint’s land bank activity, and up-to-date equipment. Ensure they carry proper insurance and have a reputation for accuracy. Ask for references from Flint homeowners or contractors. Prioritize surveyors familiar with urban redevelopment and who provide clear, detailed survey documentation for your records.

Helpful?

Completing a land survey in Flint can make your home more attractive to buyers by clarifying property lines and reducing the risk of disputes. While it may not directly raise your home’s value, updated survey documentation often leads to quicker, smoother sales. This is especially important in Flint’s active redevelopment areas, where clear boundaries and accurate records are highly valued by both buyers and lenders.

Helpful?

In Flint, land surveying maintenance includes inspecting boundary markers after winter to ensure they haven’t shifted due to frost. Regularly clear brush or debris to keep property lines visible, especially in areas with active redevelopment. Recalibrate survey equipment seasonally to maintain accuracy, and update survey documentation if nearby construction or infrastructure projects alter the landscape or property boundaries.

Helpful?

Your Flint home is a strong candidate for land surveying if it’s near redevelopment zones, has unclear property lines, or is part of a land bank program. Homes with recent additions, mature trees close to boundaries, or those in neighborhoods with frequent property transfers also benefit. If you suspect encroachments or plan improvements, a survey provides clarity and helps prevent future disputes.
