This man was very polite, kind, pleasant and answered all of my questions and that's no small thing because I had a lot of them! He seemed very knowledgeable and was really interesting. What really caught my attention from the very beginning was, he took his shoes off right away and respected my floors as if they were new. They're definitely not! Also had a nice sense of humor. Most knowledgeable, professional and organized! Very prompt, couldnâ t be happier with the service. In addition I am impressed with their integrity. I had need of an upgrade that required buying a licensed product which was costly, only to have them discover that, unbeknownst to me, the product was already installed!
