He was able to find era-appropriate flooring for the porch. He also installed much safer handrails on the steps up from the street to the porch and corrected the unsafe side entry by installing a sturdy platform and step. "The whole project went extremely well.  We are delighted with the results! Todd and his partner Dave were both excellent to work with.  This was our first bathroom remodel so Todd walked us through all the details and offered suggestions where we were unsure.  He is a stickler for quality.  The new tile is perfectly laid - no imperfections or glitches.  He and Dave take great pride in their work and pay attention to details.  Todd was also very accommodating as we worked through some changes.  He and Dave were always punctual, took great care with cleanliness in our house, and removed all old material promptly.
