The start was when she showed up four hours late, worked 26 hours cleaning 1 floor (Kitchen/Dining room and Living room), and charged $260.00. She would not do what she was instructed to. Had to have her multiple "beer" breaks. Rearranged the pantry, after being told not to, took the vacuum...
