He found several areas of our lathe and plaster walls that required extra repair finish work that extended the time necessary to get the job completed. In order to finish within 1 week, as quoted, he offered and did work both Saturday and Sunday going above and beyond our expectations to ensure a flawless outcome! There was one small problem with the walls due to the ceiling and walls not being plumb however they did go above and beyond by doing more than was was agreed upon by making plumbing improvements, installing a new lighted medicine cabinet and repairing a light fixture.
