He found several areas of our lathe and plaster walls that required extra repair finish work that extended the time necessary to get the job completed. In order to finish within 1 week, as quoted, he offered and did work both Saturday and Sunday going above and beyond our expectations to ensure a flawless outcome! "We are pleased with our bath remodel that included a new tub, tub surround and wainscot walls. There was one small problem with the walls due to the ceiling and walls not being plumb however they did go above and beyond by doing more than was was agreed upon by making plumbing improvements, installing a new lighted medicine cabinet and repairing a light fixture. They were very courteous and the installer even made a suggestion for a change that we agreed would be better."
