I started doing FHA required repairs for folks selling their houses 34 years ago and that bloomed into debri removal, deck repair and replacement, kitchen and bath remodels, window and door replacement, drywall and painting. minor electrical and plumbing, hardwood floor refinishing and installation, ceramic tile, and roofing and siding. I do not do roofing or siding anymore. I do however do all the rest. 30 years ago I became a Realtor. The two professions go hand in hand and compliment each other very well. I have learned what improvements to make to help sell houses quicker and more profitable. I have been able to better advise buyers on repairs for the property they plan to purchase. Investors benefit by my skills as well when it comes time to buy sell or make repairs.
