Extensive repairs were done. Took three hours with new parts needed. Workman was prompt and kept me informed of what he was doing through the process. Several weeks later it didn't start for its test run again. Workman came out promptly and made adjustment. Told me to keep an eye on it and call if needed. No charge for second visit.

Stein was excellent. We had used the company which had originally installed the generator and they clearly didn't know how to fix it. Stein came out when scheduled and in short order had repaired the problem and provided useful information about the operation of the unit.

They coordinated the project with my propane company. Everyone was there promptly on the same day. Installation was professional and I was given an overview on how it worked when they were finished. The generator was installed 2 years ago. They have been out each year for maintenance. The generator has worked perfectly through all my power outages. I would not hesitate to use them again.
