"Speaking on behalf of our business, we were very pleased with the install of a new roof drain, replacing an old plugged drain and the removal of @ 50,000-pounds of water off our warehouse roof. We know shall need additional maintenance and roof repairs and D&L Commercial Roofing shall be our first choice to keep our old building in tip-top shape."

"Very professional hard-working. they arrive on time. installation was fairly quick, cleaned up after themselves. Communication was great. I’ll be looking to hire them again fairly soon to get a quote for drywall installation, the TV mount is perfect. Haven’t had any complications so thank you gentlemen very much. Keep up excellent work."

"I had a walk-in shower installed in February 2024. We had it installed for medical purposes. The seat and strategically placed grab bars are a blessing. Itâ  s easy to clean and the quality is great. The installers were pleasant and stayed on task. After seven months we are still loving it."

"We contracted Terry to finish our unfinished basement. He designed and built one bedroom, one bathroom, one home gym, a family room, and a bar area. We were extremely pleased with his work, and he was extremely attentive to our needs. He was detailed and ensured we were happy every step of the way. His quote was accurate and included everything we needed without any “oops, that will cost more” situations. Overall we are extremely impressed and LOVE our new living space!"

"Mad City did a fantastic job. They removed my old bathtub and tile and installed a beautiful bath surround. I chose Arctic Ice for the pattern. It is beautiful. Love the practicality of the easy-to-clean surface. The faucet and grab bars are attractive, too. I got the metal shelves, which I like a lot. Highly recommend!"

"I had 2 other LARGE COMPANIES tell me the job couldn't be done the way I wanted it for different reasons. Mark Minnesma (Owner) did the job the way I wanted by going behind the wall and installing very sturdy backing so the bars will be safe for me to grab onto. This job, and other work his company has performed for us, has always been done in time or early. They have ALWAYS shown up for work or meetings ON TIME, They always CLEAN UP after themselves as if they weren't even here! The pricing of all work that has been done has been upfront, and all come in at the agreed upon figures or even a little less in some circumstances. I would strongly recommend mark and New Image remodeling for any work that needs to be done inside or outside of your home. Give them a call you will not be disappointed!!!"

"Tyler was very nice and did excellent work. altho, a little pricey ,we enjoy the shower"

"Fantastic!!!! He tore out old flooring and installed new flooring, replaced the toilet and vanity and sink, and installed safety grab bars. Everything looks beautiful. He is friendly and a very strong worker. Does need a little work on time management but for us, it didn't matter as we planned to be home all weekend. We will be hiring him again."
