Jonathan Donoho the owner of JD Electric came out reviewed my needs and said he would have a quote back the next day. Boy how many time have you heard that and days later ur calling to hear, "oh yeah I'll get that out" little regard for you. That WAS NOT the case i received the quote when he promised. The pricing was in the area I expected so we moved forward. The company employees, Trevor Roger and Jay were punctual. They immediately began working one working on the install of the new 100 amp service in a very confined utility area. The other hard at work in the master bath remodel. They finished cleaned up the work areas and made sure we were pleased with the work. Great job JD gladly recommend u to family and friends ?

Excellent service , everything was done with professionalism and care for wellbeing of me and my family and on timely matter that I was impressed! I would recommend JD and Mr. Jonathan’s services to everyone in need of electrical repair! He even assisted DTE on the external issues they were having in the outside electrical pole/meter that was causing some of the flickering issues in the neighborhood. Awesome work! Awesome results and really a blessing to have LIGHT back restored at home!!! Grateful is the word!!!

Excellent! Work went well. The only hitch was coordinating work with DTE. After speaking with customer service it was apparent that they (DTE call service) had no idea how to move forward with getting the job done. Had to set up an account for new service, then email and wait for them to contact me. Jonathan from JD Electric was helpful knowing that power down and power up had to be coordinated with DTE. Highly recommend JD Electric!

Jonathan's customer focus is second to none. He is extremely professional and uses a tech app service which makes knowing what is occurring great. I asked him to perform a relatively straight forward job with virtually no advanced warning, and I am so impressed with his dedication, and service, he will become my preferred electrician for the 17 homes I have in Ann Arbor. Absolutely FANTASTIC! I called and got a response back within a few hours. I was able to text with Jonathon, the Owner, who was the same person who came out to do the work. He came within the two hour time window and even gave me updates via automated text with time estimates of his arrival. Once here, Jonathon was super nice and explained everything as he went along. Our home is in Ypsilanti and it has some goofy wiring. Apparently, this is a common problem in this area. I needed Jonathon to troubleshoot why multiple plugs weren't working. He was able to see the problem immediately and fix it. For example, the plug on my deck wasn't working and he went into my garage, of all places, and pushed the GFI on one of the plugs out there and it immediately fixed the problem. Why the garage has anything to do with the deck, I don't know, but I'm glad he did! Fantastic work and JD is now my electric company!

JD and his crew are fantastic! He responds really quick which is so great and very knowledgeable with answers for everything. He and his crew are very efficient and your mind will be put at ease knowing you have the right company handling all of your electrical needs. We knocked a wall down with our kitchen remodel and after seeing all of the circuits that were running through it I was stressed. JD was able to handle it with no issue and I am so glad I went with them to do the work. They also ran all new lighting, moved some outlets and brought everything up to code. The best part was after everything was done he called to check back and make sure we were satisfied which is above and beyond in my book. I'm happy I built a relationship with them and will continue to use them on any other electrical projects in the future.

Excellent service. JD was very responsive and was great at answering all of my questions. Everything that was to be done was explained beforehand and was clearly written up in the quote. The work was scheduled quick and was completed on time. It was a very easy process and I really enjoyed working with JD. I highly recommend and will use them again in the future.

Excellent. My electrician was a no-show after waiting 2 months to get an appointment and taking the day off of work. JD was able to squeeze me in. Arrived promptly, installed bathroom fan, charged me a fair price. My old electrician treated me as if he was doing me a favor for being bothered with small jobs at my home. JD actually made me feel like the customer again. They actually answered the phone and arrived when promised.

I have used Jonathan's company on three occasions and each time, one of his employees, Mike, has provided superior service. Rates are reasonable and the quality of work is exceptional. Highly recommended!

The work was done exactly as ordered. The electrician quickly determined the problem with an outside switch and fixed it. All the new installs were done quickly, and work well. The technician was highly experienced, courteous and explained what he was doing. In all, an excellent experience.

From the estimate to the work being done, everyone I came in contact with at JD Electric was courteous, professional, helpful and they perform very high quality work. I am still thrilled with the work they did on my house a few months ago. Everything looks great, and I know it was done right!

Jonathan came out to my house to talk about the project. He gave me a quote of $300 for the work, which seemed reasonable. When his service technician came, he discovered that the disposal and the washer were wired on the same circuit and that it would take quite a bit more work to do the job than originally anticipated. Because I am moving, I decided that it was more than I wanted to spend, so I pulled the garbage disposal. The service technician did a thorough job of figuring out what would be needed to properly perform the work, and explained the issues to me in a very understandable way. I reached out to Jonathan to ask him to bill me for his technician's time even though the job hadn't been performed. Because the job wasn't done, Jonathan didn't charge me anything. I appreciated his ethical and honest approach to business and I will call on him in the future.

The work was completed within the timeframe And cost I was quoted. When Jon came to do assess the work I wanted done he made some good suggestions (like installing motion sensing light switches in the laundry room and bathroom) that I appreciated.
