Worse yet, is that after 1 call to customer support and 2 emails to our Guardian Alarm account rep throughout the week, Guardian Alarm has yet to send out a tech or contact us with root cause and plan for corrective action. We pay well over $600/quarter for basically the worst service money can buy. If safety is important, find a more reputable alarm company. DO NOT RECOMMEND GUARDIAN ALARM!!!"
