They completely cleaned up the firebox and hardware, and took extra time to clean out the venting on the outside which had hornet and bee nests embedded in them (likely causing our problem of the flame going out after 10 minutes of operation). Then put everything back together and tuned the flame. Unit works great and problem solved. Very pleased with the service performed."
