Emergency services offered

"I was extremely impressed by the work that Patty and her team completed in my home. They arrived on time and went over every nook and cranny of my home. We have three kids, two dogs and live in the country. The dirt really builds up. Somehow they managed to leave my floors, bathrooms and kitchen sparkling clean. Very friendly and courteous. She really listened to my needs. I would 100% recommend."

"The first time I used them. They were acceptable but as time went on the quality of work declined. I called the office a couple of times and asked about things they should or should not be doing. I was told they were professionally trained and should be doing things they were not. The next time they came (it is not always the same people) I questioned them about my base boards . The worker said "We don't do baseboards." I said "I called your office and they said that was one of the services I paid for. When I relayed this message to the worker she said, "Oh they don't know what we do. Later after letting them go I hired a woman that used to for work for them. She said they would go in a house, do the things that were obviously in need of cleaning and skipped the rest."

Hello, my name is Donniquewa (Please call me Donni). I am the oldest of 4 so I’m not at all new to cleaning, which grew my passion for it. I have professional cleaning experience having worked for a janitorial company before. I understand a clean environment can make a big difference on one's life and business. I am a hard worker, very detail oriented and reliable. I take pride in my work and am sure to exceed expectations.\n

Sonic Cleaning questions, answered by experts

You should clean your panels at least twice a year. It depends on your location. In dusty climates (think the Arizona desert), you may need to clean your panels more frequently. Dust can dramatically impact the electrical output. If you live in a climate with extreme weather, you may want to check your panels seasonally.

Moss grows in dark areas of roofs, including in corners and gutters. If left alone, it can grow under roofing and cause permanent damage. Here’s how to remove moss from metal roofs

  • Soak the moss to soften it

  • Scrub it away with a soft-bristled brush, or pick it off with your hands (be sure to wear gloves)

  • Use a moss remover that’s compatible with metal roofing, following the manufacturer’s directions

  • Remove dead moss and rinse the roof thoroughly

  • Prevent future moss growth by trimming branches, cleaning gutters, and attaching zinc strips to moss-prone areas

Decks, driveways, siding, and patios are common areas that see improved appearance.

Vinegar, bleach, chlorine, barley straw, and a bevy of dedicated algaecides can kill algae, which is the easy part. Preventing algae from returning can be a struggle for some homeowners, but keeping the patio well-maintained and clean is a good first step.

Inspections should be conducted annually, and minor repairs should be made as needed.
