I use subcontractors for the following, Elec., Plumbing, and heating and cooling, for which I am not licensed for, if permits are required. As for permits, I can pull other necessary permits if required. I am licensed and insured, My Michigan Builders License #2101193216. I don't charge for estimates, and give 10% discount for Angie's List Members, and Senior citizens. I am very honest and will give a fair price. I will be on the job from start to finish, as I always complete started job before moving onto the next.

"I hired Bayz construction to replace my roof in march of 2023. They came recommended from a coworker who had a decent experience with them doing his roof a couple years ago, and after talking with them they seemed like they were good people. Out of the 4 contractors I requested quotes from they were the only ones to actually show up and give me a quote . I paid over $11,000 for new shingles on a house that was lees than 900 square feet, which seemed ridiculous but supply and demand does exist. After the work was done I quickly realized why they were the only contractor around that wasn’t too busy to quote the job. Highly recommend you stay far far away from this company!!"

They are the clown show of Scottville. Stay away from Greg and Jamie. They are a nightmare. "
