We are a family-owned company that was started in 2019. We specialize in building decks, installing stair and handrail systems, and finish carpentry. I have been a licensed builder since 2019, but I started building when I was ten years old and have been active and involved in the construction industry ever since. I have been involved in virtually every phase of custom home building at one time or another, all the way up to building complete homes from start to finish. Over the years, I've had the privilege of working for some amazing builders and customers and learned a lot along the way. I love taking a project from conception to completion, and it's always a thrill to complete a project and have a happy customer. We take pride in quality workmanship and do our best to ensure that our work is top-notch every time.

"Zeke with keystone did the Ship lap and also designed and built the service counter for my office. He came with all the tools and expertise needed. Weâ ve all seen the guy that claims to be an expert struggle to complete a job with a set of tools bought on sale at Walmart! Then thereâ s Keystone. Pulls in with a clean looking truck and trailer. I had the opportunity to see the inside of their trailer and boy is it incredible! Like all the fasteners and tools needed for my office fully organized and ready for use! All this combined with Zekeâ s communication skills to fine tune my design to be pleasing to look at and still super functional. My experience with keystone every step of the way was incredible. Generally I do the work myself. I do use subcontractors, and part time employees mainly because I cannot do all the work myself in a timely fashion. I do general contracting and manage the job so that you get the quality you deserve. I do not offer financing. I do apply down payments to signed estimates ( Quotes). and I never take all the money until the job is completed.

"Installed several doors and windows. All of them either leak water or are excessively drafty. The main entrance door leaks and has ruined the basement ceiling drywall. The big garage door always lets any water in regardless of how hard the wind blows. The smaller garage door leaks and has molded. Other windows that were installed are incredibly drafty and you can feel air coming in them. Whenever we brought up these issues, his response was to blame us or blame the weather, but never took responsibility for the install. Now I will have to pay another contractor to get things installed correctly."

As for permits, I can pull other necessary permits if required. I am licensed and insured, My Michigan Builders License #2101193216. I don't charge for estimates, and give 10% discount for Angie's List Members, and Senior citizens. I am very honest and will give a fair price. I will be on the job from start to finish, as I always complete started job before moving onto the next.
