They were working under weather conditions that made it difficult to proceed quickly. Additionally, neither of us seemed completely sure how to install a uhf/vhf antenna. But it got accomplished and I can watch regular TV without cable. Thanks Five Mile Creek.

We needed assistance in moving a few heavyweight pieces to our new home. The owner had an available trailer and could take care of them within our time frame. The employee was very patient and understood my concerns to protect both our pieces and the home we were leaving. This to me was also an opportunity to get an impression of the organization as there are some jobs at our new home where help will be needed.
