"We love the shower thar was installed. Our installer was very nice and explained what he was doing as he did the project. He was training another guy. The only thing was that the girl who scheduled the project said the installer would be at our house between 8-9 AM. I thought I had at least until 8 AM for all of us to shower and get done by 8, but the installer arrived at 7:30, which I had wet hair and was barely dressed. The installers donâ t call at all and say what time they are arriving. I also was told by the girl scheduling in the office that bath planet would call and verify the time and date for the installation. I did not receive a call the Friday before the install date, which was Monday, May 9. I did call bath planet on Saturday but was told all the guys were in the field and not able to take calls to verify the date and time. So the guy did show up at 7:30. I felt that if someone had told me 7:39, thar I would have been ready and out if that bathroom thar was to be worked on. The installer was great. I just felt better communication with the girls in the office and the customers would be good as to exactly what time they arrive at your house. My installer said he heard that all the time because he likes to show up early. That really should be communicated to the office girls so they can tell the customer. I do love the shower that was installed and would recommend them very highly."
