You should wipe up spills inside of your fridge as soon as they happen, but aim to deep clean your fridge every three to six months. You’ll probably want to give the outside a wipe more often, though, about once every other week. 

To maintain your mattress and keep it fresh, you should aim for a deep clean at least twice a year. However, if you have allergies, pets, or sweat heavily at night, you may want to clean it more frequently, such as every three to four months. In between deep cleanings, it's a good practice to vacuum the mattress surface regularly and spot-clean any stains as they occur. Using a mattress protector can significantly help by minimizing the buildup of allergens, dust mites, and bodily fluids, which can make your cleaning routine more effective. Remember to launder the protector regularly, as some dirt and sweat can still get through to the mattress.

You should wash your sheets at least once every two weeks and as often as once every week to keep your sleeping environment healthy. If it’s hot out, or if you have a job where you might deposit dust onto your sheets from your work environment, you should wash your sheets more frequently.

You can clean the glass on the oven door while the door remains attached to the appliance, but it’s a more awkward process than cleaning the glass after removing the door. If you choose to clean the door while leaving it attached, be careful not to lean on it with your body weight, or you could damage the hinges.
