"They had a very nice put together quote. They have been good about keeping everything on task and keeping on all the different contractors to get them here. They have been good about communicating and letting me know what is going on, which has been nice. They are just about done so we are ready to enjoy the pool."

"We had an equipment problem when opening our pool this year. We contacted Josh and he immediately responded and was at our home within 2 days. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. He is very knowledgeable, quick to respond, reasonably priced, and personable. We would definitely use him again."

"CHW was very responsive to my claim (swimming pool circulation pump failed). However, CHW was unable to find a local service provider. After 10 days, my pool was experiencing an algae bloom and I needed to do something quickly. I found a service provider who fixed the pump (bad capacitor) for $50...just a few dollars more than the $45 that would have been out of pocket for a CHW agent to fix the pump."
