"You get no receipt or paperwork for service. Hard to refer people when you don't get any paperwork or guarantee on work. A bit expensive when wall mount was already installed and my husband had to help. Large tv but only one man sent. He was very courteous and got the job done correctly. I might add that he did hook everything up and walked me through the setup of my new tv which was very helpful."

"The first time Ryan came, he had removed the chandelier and was putting the new one together when he found a defect or damage due to shipment on the new one.  It was something that could not be fixed.  So he put the old one back up and advised me to call when the replacement arrived.  
Ryan called me to see if the new light had arrived and since it did we scheduled another appointment and he arrived on time and checked the new light and proceeded to install the new chandelier which went without a hitch.  Then he installed the new ceiling fan in the entranceway and again it swiftly went without a hitch.
I was absolutely thrilled with the work Ryan did and he is down to earth, personable, and swift worker.  I could not be happier and wish I had not purchased another special deal from another guy because I have more work to do and Ryan is faster and better priced.  So anyway you can't go wrong with hiring Ryan.  He is honest and reliable and will not putz around to use up your time.  I purchased the 3 hour $79 special deal and he did got it all done in that time frame, so no extra charges. Yay!!!

"First guys that came didn’t have the proper Mount- not their fault. Worked out for the best because I ended up getting a bigger tv after the recommendation of them due to the cathedral ceiling and I ended up paying less- appreciated their honesty and all worked out for the best!"

"Vendor arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and said I needed a new ceiling fan. He called Choice, We waited approximately 10 minutes for a call back and an approval to replace the ceiling fan. He went out the truck and brought in a new fan and mounted it. I did have the option of going out to buy a specific make and model vs their replacement one and then he would mount it if I desired. Great service, I am glad I switched to Choice when my last warranty came up for renewal."

"While they got the job done eventually and their customer services and techs were sweet, the company needs to be MUCH more crystal clear and upfront about a few things before they eagerly take payment. 1. This is not a company for novice clients as they only do work remotely and expect you to have all hardware properly installed before hand. So perhaps they should only sign up for software issues with clients like me who are hardware dummies. I had to struggle on my own for hours buying and trying to figure out where to plug items (again I am basically an old lady technophobe as they say). 2. They also don't make it clear that you are not scheduling an appt in the traditional sense but rather scheduling a position in a phone queue at say a time like 7 pm eastern. So you end up sitting by the phone at 7 pm for 45 minutes waiting for them to call (since apparently you are 10th in the queue). All this is fine, but it should be the first few things you bring up when someone works with you esp for 137 an hour as there are other local companies one can work with if they seek non remote service. In short, your people are great and sweet, but the upfront disclosure is lacking."
