"Caleb was very communicative prior to our appt. He was on time with a smile. He went above and beyond to help me with a couple other things we had not discussed. My project was putting bedroom dressers and a nightstand together that I had purchased online. It was a teadious job but he was precise with following the directions and all 4 pieces came out perfect. Then he fixed our toilet in a jiffy. I highly recommend Salter Construction for any job!"

"For Concrete of any need -they should be your first Call/Text/Email For New Build - Call/Text/Email For Remodel - Call/Text/Email For Roofing and Gutters - Call/Text/Email For Pole Barns - Call/Text/Email Griffes Construction Inc. of Big Rapids does it all. They did Roofing and Gutters for us as well. We checked out references, and all of their expectations were exceeded. True Craftsmanship by the entire team."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"It went very well. While examining the under sink cabinet, there was a leak in the disposal, Ryan replaced it with a new one. He did a great job by attaching a wood plank under the sink cabinet, it looks good and hardy. Also he found out that there was an additional leak from a pipe in the basement closet. He went and bought all the hardware and did an excellent job in fixing the pipe leak, fixed the drywall, resurfaced and repainted the ceiling of the basement closet and in the process explained everything very well. We are very happy with his services and will definitely hire him for our future home projects."

"Rob undertook a large-scale renovation for my wife and I. We had purchased a house that we intended to renovate and turn into a rental property. Rob did almost everything imaginable, from new bathrooms and a new kitchen to new windows, siding, doors, flooring, plumbing, framing, etc. He even removed a massive fireplace from the center of the house, leaving no trace of its existence behind. He seemed knowledgeable in so many different areas and was a great resource in helping me to find good deals along the way. Rob was friendly, professional, flexible, and took definite pride in his work. I really appreciate the job Rob did and I would hire him again!"
