Floor Coverings International has a wide selection of products. Kate Mikhailova, brough samples to our home. It was easy to choose what we like as we saw how luxury vinyl flooring looks in our bathroom. She gave us an estimate and we scheduled an installation appointment. It took four hours for installers to complete our project. They were professional and efficient. We highly recommend this company. They provided excellent customer service, and their price was competitive.

Working with Kate was just a delight. She was very helpful in selecting carpet colors for me. The delivery of the carpeting was amazing. The carpet layers ron.and john were outstanding. On time and great cleanup. Everything that Kate told me would be done, was. Alex was great about working with my schedule for installation. I'm so pleased with everything. Highly recommend this company.

She is a delight to work with. The crew who installed the flooring were professional and worked diligently the whole time with little interruption to my home. I am very pleased with the outcome.

AID IN CHOSING THE COLOR AND TYPE OF CARPETING NEEDED FOR THE THREE BEDROOMS. ALSO, THE INSTALLERS MOVED FURNITURE. THEY WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. BOTH ALEX AND KATE KNEW THEIR PRODUCTS.

Their consatuon person Kate explained everything so well to us with multiple samples to choose from out of hundreds. She ask great questions to narrow down what we are interested and possible color patterns. Installers were great and did a professional installation! Alex is owner and our contact person for the job (Duplex). Vinyl flooring and carpet for both units. Excellent service and work with touches and requests met!

Professional and timy

Sales and consultants are very knowledgeable about the products. Installation went well until I complained about a few flaws that I didnâ t care for and wanted fixed. My final payment is what the owner was concerned about due to my concerns with the installation flaws. Floor looks great, The installers did a poor job with the cleanup but after I complained they returned to take care of the mess they made.

Good customer service but the rep. Was not an expert, which caused some problems. The carpet install went well and looks good.

Offer 6 months same as cash financing option. Very professional and pleased with carpet and install. Kate and her husband came back to shave doors themselves. Excellent service. Only snafu was installers were at our home from 8:30 am - 8:30 pm, did not understand this but was pleased that they were so diligent.

Kate was very helpful in coordinating our colors.

They did an excellent job, before during and after the install.
