"I had to write a review in response to the "D" grade I posted on 12/9/16. I just heard from Ryan that he got behind when his colleague passed away. Now I completely understand why he had not responded to my calls and texts. I am so truly sorry, Ryan, for your loss, and for my hasty judgment. I hope that I can call you for future jobs. "After the water removal guys finished in came the project lead - Dave. The office team re-worked projects and got us in early due to the continued leaking. Added a temp cistern/and blast tube to outside in a matter of hours. Returned on the planned date and finished the new drain system in 2.5 days. Also installed the new, monster of dryness dehumidifier.
Recommended the contractor to cut out water damaged drywall and repaint.
Excellent work and cistern is running all the time as the water table defrosts.

"Very good. I was impressed with Bryan. He did excellent work taking care to be respectful of my property and my neighbors. The cutting went better than expected for the area we were in. The cleanup also amazed me, very thorough. Hauled everything away. Communication was also good, he’s personable but professional. I will have All American back for more trees to be cleaned up.
