They poured a new concrete pad, constructed a large pole-structure porch with standing seam metal roof, and installed a new patio french door. Through all this, Aden was very communicative and responsive to all my questions. He is easy to reach by phone. The crew is patient and spend time discussing the customer's options before beginning work. The project was completed on time and within budget. I have experience working with various contractors, and D&L impressed me with their quality of framing. Nothing was done sloppily or rushed. "Amazing. I had great intuition on Dennis, Joe and Raymond. And wow. They delivered exceptional work! The project had a lot of turns given its age (1920s home) and they were up to task. Dennis was the general contractor that lead the team figuring out the most effective way to handle each “project”. He handled roof extensions, roofing, flashing, crocks for the downspouts, gutters with gutter guards, painting etc. Ray did a great job on siding and all metal work needed. Joe was a great addition to Dennis’s team and was there every day to assist with high quality work. Not only did they do great work, they are just great people. Showed up when asked, delivered until the job was complete (2-3 week job) and can’t say enough how grateful I am for these guys. I will be hiring in the future 💯"
