"Craig arrived earlier than expected (I appreciated his promptness) and completed the projects I needed done in the time indicated. I had used a special 2 hours of handyman service. I had had four (4) suggested companies to my original inquiry, and only MY HANDYMAN responded. Maybe my small items were too small for other companies, but I got exactly what a single woman needs, someone to do those things she can not door. I have their card and will use them again. While here Craig provided answers to a few questions I had and gave me solutions I can follow up on."

"Gary is very knowledgeable in his field of expertise. He is also extremely respectful and very punctual. He is quick to respond with both text and phone calls. His quote was fast and very reasonable. He has his calendar available to make your appointment. Gary is also a very hard worker and cleans up after completing the job. It s like you never knew he was there. We spoke about several projects that I need accomplished and l definitely will hire him again. One of the biggest is he is licensed and insured. "I hired HNDY to help me get my home ready to sell. I had many projects for them to tackle from fixing my fence to a deep clean. PJ is super handy and helped me with things even I didn’t think about. Jenn was a superior cleaner. They were pros and got the job done immediately because I had a short timeline. I trusted them to get it done and I’m happy I did. Because of it I was able to get top dollar for my home and it was a smooth experience. Thank you HNDY. I’ll be back."

Yes, you should hire a handyman who’s licensed, certified, and insured, if possible. States have different requirements for handyman licensing, registration, and certifications. If licensing is required in your area, you may pay more for a licensed handyman with experience than one who is not licensed or certified, but you’re likely to get a better end result for your project. Be sure to check our state licensing tool to review the local handymen guidelines.
