He explained that my new ceiling fan required a 4" bracket to ensure the stability of the fan and he had already quoted me a price just in case I needed the 4" bracket; so there were no surprise charges. After all of the jobs were completed, he reviewed my ceiling fan instructions and asked me if there were any questions. Mr. Bush was very friendly and professional. "I had made a request on-line for ceiling fan repair and balance. Home Advisor contacted me and said they had a recommendation. I was contacted by Metro Electric and told the repairman would have everything needed to repair and balance fans. Repairman showed up and said he only installed them but would look at mine if I would like. Nothing was accomplished. Shame on me for not sending him away. He looked for any issues he could fix and said he could not help me. He then checked the whole house for any electrical issues and gave me a report card. I paid him $345.00 for his time and service. Would not recommend Metro for fan repair or balance, they just install fans. I have since been contacted by Metro and was refunded all my money due to the mix-up and misunderstanding. I will be recommending Metro based on their professional and overall customer service."
