After all of the jobs were completed, he reviewed my ceiling fan instructions and asked me if there were any questions. Mr. Bush was very friendly and professional. "Polite, professional and punctual. Within a couple of days of our initial call, we were able to schedule an appointment for the removal of a ceiling fan and the installation of a new ceiling fan . Even though we had 18 foot high ceilings, they had a ladder that was tall enough for them to do the job so they didn't need to use scaffolding . When the old ceiling fan was removed, there were marks on the white ceiling from the old fan. They were able to cover the marks without painting. Cleaned up before they left. We will definitely hire this company to do any other electrical work that we may need in the future."

"I had made a request on-line for ceiling fan repair and balance. Home Advisor contacted me and said they had a recommendation. I was contacted by Metro Electric and told the repairman would have everything needed to repair and balance fans. Repairman showed up and said he only installed them but would look at mine if I would like. Nothing was accomplished. Shame on me for not sending him away. He looked for any issues he could fix and said he could not help me. He then checked the whole house for any electrical issues and gave me a report card. I paid him $345.00 for his time and service. Would not recommend Metro for fan repair or balance, they just install fans. I have since been contacted by Metro and was refunded all my money due to the mix-up and misunderstanding. I will be recommending Metro based on their professional and overall customer service."
