"Most honest contractor I've ever dealt with- called for a quote to clean my gutters. Price was more than fair so I called to schedule it. He actually told me that my gutters didn't look that bad and if he got up there and it didn't need to be done he would let me know. I then asked him about a couple of areas that needed minor repair anyway -he said he would fix those no matter if he cleaned the gutters or not- no charge. He did end up cleaning the gutters- I had some downspout issues that made the whole system back up a bit, and he did a phenomenal job replacing an entire section of downspout that was completely missing all for the original price quoted. Super nice guy."

By the time the cleaners showed up, the soot was in the duct work and spread through out the house. Had to throw away rugs, carpet and anything that was white because it was stained and could not be cleaned. Detroit City Sweep was responsive at first, but slow acting. When it came time to have to re-paint the house, I heard nothing after having to go and get quotes. They paid to have Stanley Steamer clean part of the house. Everything else was done on my dime."
