"Amir and his team were amazing!! I recently moved from South Bend, IN to Nashville! They answered the phone right away, was not a robot on the other line, it was a person. Super straightforward with the booking process and they provided the flat rate quote right away after giving them the inventory list and set up for my move. Once they arrived, they went straight into work! Very kind young men! After the load, Amir drove to Nashville and had his team there do the unloading. The apartment I was moving into had an elevator out of order, so we had to take a longer route. The movers didn’t complain & had the right tools with them to make moving in EFFICIENT (even though the elevator was a pain sorry about that!) I highly recommend Elite Haulerz Moving to anyone. Thank you guys!!!"

"Amazing crew!!! I've done a lot of moving over the years and this had to be one the easiest, stress free moves. They were thorough, safe, clean and on time. They moved things quickly and took great care to make sure everything was wrapped properly. I would absolutely use this company again for any future needs!!!"

"I can honestly say that Blake Burkett and his team at Midway Self Storage and Two-Paws Storage, I-94 go out of their way to make sure that customers have a great experience and one they can tell their friends about when looking at moving rentals and storage. I have been doing my rentals with Blake for ( 3 ) years now and have been totally satisfied with each time I pick-up and return my rental, they are great with customer service. Thak you J. Moses"

Moving questions, answered by experts

Yes: Many moving companies also offer packing services, so you can get a quote that covers the entire move from start to finish.

You can save money when moving by packing and moving items yourself. You can also find ways to cut costs by shopping for packing supplies at discounted stores and getting free moving boxes instead of purchasing them. It also pays off to declutter your belongings prior to starting the moving process. Remember, the fewer items you have, the fewer packing supplies you have to buy, and you can rent a smaller moving truck or container, too.

The number of boxes you need to move depends on the size of their house and whether your style is minimalist or maximalist. However, on average, most people need around 60 boxes to move. It’s essential to pick the correct box sizes to ensure efficient packing.

The best ways to prepare for movers include decluttering and properly labeling boxes. Decluttering lessens the workload and ensures you are not bringing unwanted items into your new home. Labeling boxes lets movers know which rooms they belong in, reducing confusion when it's time to unpack.

It’s best to pack things that are in storage and non-essential items first. Start by packing up items you are taking from your storage unit, garage or shed, basement, and attic. You should wait to pack essential items such as toiletries and medications last.
