"Very professional and well-done work to perform repairs to 4 cracks that were leaking from previous repairs and repaired multiple rod holes in foundation. Many of which either were actively leaking prior to repairs or showing signs of leaking soon. The tech, Randy, had previously not been out to site before for quote. But took the time prior to starting any work to go over the proposal and review all work that was expected to be performed to verify his and my expectations were both in alignment. About halfway through the job had me re-verify that all rod holes that were previously identified and discussed were being addressed. Did a great job performing clean up and stayed later than expected to fully complete the job instead of calling it a day in the middle of the work. "The work crew showed up on time and a little bit early and went right to work. They laid down plastic sheeting and got to work right away removing the concrete and laying drain tile. they also started brushing some stuff on the wall, they called it Zypex (Xypex?) that looked like cement and would somehow seep into the concrete and form a barrier that would stop the water from the inside.
Mike stopped by during the job to take a look. He took me downstairs and showed me what they were doing and explained again how the stuff worked on the wall. Everyone was super professional and really knowledgeable. They were so nice to me and my wife and even called me back a few months later to check on the walls. Sure enough, they were dry!! Before they were there the walls would be damp and cold to the touch. Now, its super dry and has been for almost 8 years now.
I was very impressed with the work, the crew, the owner, and the whole process. Nobody acted like salespeople, like every other company I had come out (let me tell you, I called ALL the big companies too). They were down to earth and totally had my trust after talking to them. All I can is thank you!!! We finished our basement right before some big rains in the spring of 2011 and guess what??? Not one leak through any of walls like before! Awesome job!!

"The bid process went well.  The man who provided the estimate is a second generation painter and was the only one of all the estimators who knew they needed to use an oil based primer on my walls as I had just had new plaster installed in much of the house.  I always had use of my kitchen, bedroom, bath and living room when the crew left.  The walls. ceiling and trim look great - especially at corners and where the colors change.
However, there were paint spatters on some of my counters, all over my toaster, and inconsistently on some of my hardwood floors.  There was some paint on the furniture (hand smears?), and the handles and faucet of my basement washtub.  The man who estimated the job followed up with me and took care of all the places I pointed out to him, and he stated he has changed out people who were on my crew (6 people the first day, 4 crew the second day, 3 people the third day).  
I just don't understand how my walls, ceiling and trim could look so professional, yet the clean up (paint spatters, paint smears, etc.) be so inconsistent."
