"We had some sewage back up into our basement sink on a Saturday morning. I called Clog Busters based on their Angie’s List reviews. They didn’t have a crew available on the weekend, but were available on the following Monday. The crew did a great job explaining the problem and finding a solution for me. Great customer service and they earned their money working in some frigid and snowy weather. I hope to never have another sewer backup, but if I do, I will call Clog Busters."

"We were originally scheduled for an early December job, but a slot opened and we were inserted two months earlier. Doug and his crew showed up early in the morning on the first day to drain the pool and begin tearing down the safety fence, removing accessories and making way for the machinery to gain access to the pool area. Once everything was cleared, a bobcat and a backhoe were used to remove the concrete and break up the marcite as necessary to meet code. All waste and concrete remnants were hauled away. Day two involved filling the pool after approval by the town inspector, then putting down topsoil and seeding the area. The entire job was completed in two days. Now, three weeks later, the seed is sprouting with an expectation that the lawn will establish well next spring. All in all, it seems that Pool Busters did a great job! The final proof will be seeing how much the pool area settles after the winter season. So far, so good after a couple of saturating rains."

"Initially, I was unsatisfied (after the estimate was provided) with the work quality, communication, and professional of the crew. Damage was done to my sprinkler system and the repair took too long. However, Ground Control, after a helpful dialogue about the work and some deficiencies worked with us to get the job right. I did appreciate Doug's responsiveness and effort to correct problems. I'd be wary of recommending them for this kind of project to someone because of my initial experience. That being said, Ground Control demonstrated professionalism and an acumen for customer service in the last half of the project. The communication improved greatly as did the dedication and attention to detail by employees (in particular Alex)."
