"Was prompt for the scheduled appointment. Was courteous and had all the tools necessary to clean the chimney. Left with the chimney flue cleaned, metal flue for fireplace insert, cleaned and working well. Removed approximately a 5 gallon bucket of debris. No mess in the home.
