Avoid spraying for the first four hours, and then spray five to 10 times a day for the following week.

When you don’t seal concrete, the colors and designs fade, water marks appear, and stains penetrate from the top layer to the lower layers, making them difficult to remove. Applying a sealant is strongly recommended for not only stamped concrete but any poured concrete. Speak with your concrete contractor about sealant options depending on the slab's intended use.
