Never gave me promised quote even after I called to request it after 2 weeks. Said they were "busy". Guess they didn't want the job. Should have been up front and honest. Came right out on time to give see what I wanted but never followed up.

Very good. Very positive.They did an excellent job with installing the new outlets that they had to blow into the concrete wall. They looked nice and professional. They did a nice light in there. They did everything they said they were gonna do and it was all well done. We talked too much. We talked for an hour and a half just about other things--politics and everything else, but as far as the work is concerned, he did an excellent job.

It went okay.  My husband was an electrician and I know what he would have charged someone to do the same job.  They were a little to high, but I'm a widow and at the mercy of skilled tradesmen.

We had issues installing a printer and had the electrician rule out the old plugs as the problem. But his idea to change out the phone cord with the fax cord solved the problem (printer technicians didn't help). Then we had him check out the areas that needed more power for the business and hired him to do the job. We were only charged for the installations and not the original visit. The electrician was very professional, pleasant,  and answered all my questions.
