"Great. The price was reasonable for the jobs and the time they spent and a good value. We had them pressure wash the house, decks and wash almost all of our windows. There was a problem with the way the window washing was done initially; but I called Bryan, and he couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. He explained that they ended up getting rushed because my husband had someplace to be, and the worker was newer. They came back the following day and re-did the windows. I appreciated Bryan's attitude and the quality of the work. If we have another job we need done, we'll definitely hire his company again."

"Cole promptly replied to my initial inquiry. Showed up at scheduled time, was courteous and professional. Was happy with work completed and cost was in line with other providers. Asked for an estimate for whole house washing next year. Would hire again."

"The person they sent out to provide the estimate was very knowledgeable and professional.  They were highly rated on Angies List, but had some negative reviews on other forums.  I was willing to overlook that based on the positive reviews from Angies List and their competitive price.  We were ready to get on their calendar and then they informed me that they wanted 50% down before starting the work.  That seemed pretty steep and my husband was not willing to put any money down since we were planning to supply the paint.  The Administrative person was willing to bring the upfront payment down to 30%, but we decided to go another way.  We don't agree with paying for a service before any work is done.  Otherwise, we would have booked the work with them."

Sandblasting Services questions, answered by experts

Sanding and pressure washing serve different purposes in deck maintenance, so one is not necessarily better than the other. Pressure washing is ideal for annual cleaning to remove dirt, grime, mold, and mildew. Sanding is a deeper restoration method used to smooth rough surfaces, remove an old finish, and prepare the wood for a new coat of stain or paint. The ideal process for refinishing a deck is to first clean it (with a power washer), then sand it, and finally apply the new stain or finish. While cleaning should be done annually, sanding and staining are typically needed only every one to three years.

If you’re DIYing the project, it could take up to a week if you aren’t able to dedicate full-time hours. If you hire a professional and they arrive with a team, expect your stairs to be sanded in as little as 2 hours (for simple projects). Finishing the stairs takes a while longer as there are drying and sealing times to consider, but the actual work will take much less time than the sanding portion.

Sand is a common sublayer for hardscape features like driveways, paver patios, and more. Most projects that involve sand require a 1-inch layer to promote evenness, drainage, and weight distribution. For further drainage, most projects have a 6-inch minimum layer of gravel beneath the sand.

Because these two systems have different applications, there is no definitive answer to which is better. When working with sturdy materials, sandblasting is cheaper and faster, but more delicate projects require soda blasting. Before choosing either option, consider your specific needs, particularly your ultimate goal (cleaning, removing rust, prepping for painting, etc.), the material, and your budget.

Yes, many professionals use dustless or water-based blasting methods for reduced environmental impact.
