"Everything went really smoothly. We called a couple other companies and they didn't even show up - it's like some people don't even want money! But we got an estimate within 48 hours of calling to schedule and the estimator, Pat was just the nicest guy (and he was on time!). We got in the schedule to have the work done less than 2 weeks from the estimate date and the painters/repairmen who came out to do the work were on time each day, worked hard, and were very polite. "I REALLY liked the salesperson that we bought it from. HE was excellent. When there was a glitch with our siding order, he came back out to check things out. HOWEVER, the guy who put up our siding was not real particular. He cut off our gutters when they were to be removed and re-hung. I AM pleased that the company replaced them without any hassle. The siding was over hanging the gables. It wasn't until we said something that he fixed it. That was the overall problem. Unless we caught a problem, it would have remained. While it might be our house itself, the siding installment is not what I'd consider "A". I don't think that I should be the one pointing out mistakes and getting them fixed. I think that they should have just been fixed. I'm glad that the guy was nice. But the end result was not installed like we had pictured."

and the drywall skimmed and repaired as well as painted. I also had Elysium
paint the upstairs hallway, which has a high ceiling and required ladder work
to paint around our skylights. 
  The production manager Troy made sure that our project was scheduled and completed in a timely
fashion. I really appreciated the fine customer service that I received from
the company as a whole. I felt like they really cared about respecting my time
as well as my home. The crew was fantastic when it came time to clean up and do the final walk through, I was impressed with how well they cleaned up. I am so excited to have fresh paint on the walls.
