"I booked Jezak through Angi for assembly of two bedside units. Before the appointment, I had sent him the product link and we agreed on a price. He arrived on time, looked at the items and the instructions, then said he didn?t have the necessary tools (a flathead screwdriver, #2 Phillips head screwdriver, and hammer). I told him I had the tools available, but he still left, saying he would return later with his own.
After several hours, I reached out to check in ? he said he would be here in about an hour. I called again later, and he told me he would be here in 15?20 minutes. Then, after around 15 minutes, he said he had a flat tire and would call me the next day to schedule a new time. After that, he stopped responding completely.
I even had to postpone my appointments that day because he said he would be coming back later, which caused additional inconvenience.
I understand that he might have felt the job wasn?t worth the agreed rate, but this in unprofessional."

If I run into an issue with service, what does the resolution process look like?
Cut your lawn a bit shorter before the winter, typically between 2 and 2½ inches, depending on the variety of grass. On average, the best height to cut grass typically falls between 2 and 3 inches throughout the year. Aim for the shorter side of this range when you mow for the last time of the year to avoid common winter lawn diseases and moisture issues.
Carpetgrass is distinguishable by its pale green to yellowish color and coarse appearance that grows well under shady conditions in poor and compact soils. If it grows uncontrolled, it tends to develop a hairy seedhead, giving patches of grass a messy appearance. If carpetgrass is regularly cut, it looks very similar to centipedegrass and St. Augustine grass, and people may confuse them. Carpetgrass blades are flat and rounded at the tip. Note that the grass only typically grows as a weed in Southern states.
You can thicken new grass by using fertilizer, watering it 1 to 1½ inches per week, mowing when it is at an optimal height, and preventing weeds. You should fertilize your grass while you plant the grass seed, or soon afterward. Use an herbicide to prevent weeds or spot spray with herbicide to kill existing weeds.
Depending on the method you choose to remove grass, it may or may not matter whether the grass is wet or dry when you perform the task. A dryer lawn will be easier to negotiate with a sod cutter, especially if you're not planning to reuse the turf. However, using a shovel by hand might be a little easier if the ground is slightly damp but not so much that it sticks to the tool.
