"Tru green is pretty good when it comes to fertilizing and killing weeds, but it also depends on the employee spraying your lawn. I've had different results with different employees some good and some bad"

"Heather did a deep clean on our vacation home that hadn?t been done in about 6 months so there was a lot to do. She went above and beyond our expectations and I couldn?t have asked for a better cleaner to come do all of our home cleaning needs as well as yard work. I recommend here to anyone that needs their home taken care of. Very professional as well and follows directions in detail."

"I used the office located in Rochester Hills, Michigan; [P: 248- 299-5874], based on the quick and noticiable results my neighbor's lawn showed after using the services of Lush Lawn. The extreme heat [several unending weeks of almost 100 degree weather], along with the drought conditions we were experiencing this year, took a toll on what in years past was my beautiful, green, lush lawn. Note: I had been watering my lawn 2-3 times a week, but not as often as I proably should have. I phoned Lush Lawn the second week in July. I was given an estimate over the phone, along with the recommendation to use 'organic treatments' due to the overly dry lawn conditon. I descirbed my lawn as and quot;fried outand quot; with lots of huge brown circular patches. Lush Lawn was out treating the front and back lawn within 5 days of my phone call. I stayed with my 2-3 times a week watering, and with help from mother nature in the form of rain and temps in the mid/high-80s my lawn is responding really well right now. As a side note---I also just applied 24-hr Grub-Ex Plus myself because I discovered my lawn also has sod worms. I'm sure this is also helping to show surprising quick lawn improvement results.I'm scheduled to have lawn aeration in the fall through Lush Lawn. I'm getting prepared for next seasonso this doesn't happen again.

Rototilling questions, answered by experts

It can be difficult to determine the cause of a coolant leak unless you have the unit inspected by a certified professional. Most coolant leaks are caused by wear and tear on seals and joints. This typically happens five years after a unit is installed. Additionally, faulty or worn compressors, evaporator coils, and condenser coils can also cause leaks.

Yes, you can replace a damaged panel on your storm door yourself, but it requires precision and attention to detail. If you're unsure about any step or if the damage is extensive, it might be best to consult a professional door company to ensure the replacement is done correctly. Proper installation guarantees the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of your storm door.

Repair costs typically range from $200 to $1,500, depending on the issue, such as leaks, burner malfunctions, or thermostat failures. Complex repairs involving heat exchanger replacement can be more expensive.

While it's generally safe to stay in a home with a coolant leak if your home is properly ventilated, it's important to have a professional come out to assess the situation right away. You should evacuate your home if you notice any powerful fumes. Additionally, you should leave your home if you are experiencing headaches or dizziness.

Once installed, there are very few downsides to heated floors. Of course, there is always the potential for a breakdown in the system. That is rare, however, and most issues, if any, come from a failure with the thermostat, which is usually easy to access and replace. The downside is that heated floors are more expensive to install than other types of flooring. If you are installing in an older home, they can also raise the floor level, which can pose some issues with doors and flooring transition strips.
