What a spectacular job the Yeager Asphalt crew did at one of our commercial properties. The parking lot had to be repaired from construction; they patched, resurfaced and striped it. Very professional job, highly recommend.

I recently hired Yeager to repair my driveway. While their initial quote was reasonable, I encountered several issues during and after the project. Here are the details: 1. Cracks Left Unsealed: The company left some cracks unsealed, and these were deeper than 1/2 inch. They were supposed to fill cracks deeper than 1/4 inch. This oversight was disappointing, especially considering the cost. 2. Damage to Existing Cold Patch: They damaged the existing cold patch left by the previous owners. Instead of addressing it, they simply left it unsealed with loose gravel at the broken facade. 3. Communication Difficulties: Getting hold of them has been a challenge. Their responsiveness has been poor, and their attitude has been rude. They have refused to deal with the issues presented. In summary, Yeager fell short of my expectations. I recommend looking elsewhere for your asphalt needs.

they came first week of Sept and tore it out. Then we waited and waited with one excuse after another abiut why it wasn't being done. They finally completed Nov 20. Following June it started to crumble & spots tore up - they "spot sealed it" again and then when still was having issues they stopped contacting us. Each week we call, get told the "vice president" is aware and yet no one ever calls us back or comes to look at it. We just.lost out on $5000 lousy quality driveway with no followup customer service.

Several low spots and when I asked them to come over to talk about and let me show them my complaint they never did. I withheld a small portion of bill (which was to high) until they contacted me and then they called and threatened me... Very poor customer service and if I had not been in and out of the hospital over the last year would have definitely looked for another company.

Workers were on time, fast and cleaned area after job was finished.

They were here within one week of our contacting them. They edged the driveway, filled cracks, and recoated the driveway. They were efficient and professional. The driveway looks great.

Extremely well with one exception. They were to give us a days notice when they were going to begin the grading. Instead they called that morning, but promised to give us a days notice before they began the paving. We were out of town on the tenth. We got a voicemail at 6:15 that morning and they arrived to do the job 2 hours later. We returned that afternoon to find we couldn't enter our drive for 24 hours.

This was a quality job, done in a responsive time frame.  I am very pleased overall.

The service technician was very informative, gave me several options, pros and cons of other things I might want to do. The office called me back within a week and scheduled and approximate date the following week. They called me two days before it was going to be done and then arrived exactly as scheduled. They did the work exactly as they said they would. Completely satisfied with the work done.

They were supposed to be there on a Wed but came on a Monday, even better due to possible rain on Wed.  They cleaned and got the weeds off the driveway. They did a great job and gave discount since neighbor's drive connected. Very nice work.

Well organized work team. Lots of workers on site for job, all knew what needed to be done and kept busy. For an asphalt job, very neat and professional. Driveway had to be done in 2 sections, so unfortunately there's a slight crease where sections joined; hopefully will be hidden by sealcoat once that's applied. Generally good communication before installation; would have liked a couple more days notice before installation (just had one day), but it worked out ok. Highly recommend

I wrote a long review and somehow it didn't save.  So I will give a shorter version.  Call Yeager for a quote on my roof.  They were very responsive.  Came and and did a very detailed inspection of my roof and attic.  Inspector (Josh) went up on the roof and also inside the attic.  My shingles only lasted 16 years and I was wondering why.   After inspecting the attic Josh said I had some ventillation problems and that probably lead to some of the reason my shingles didn't last as long as they might.  He also mentioned I had minimum insulation in my attic and suggested I add some to save on heating and cooling bills.  I checked and he was correct.  After the inspection Josh sat down with my wife and I and went over all the options for shingles, underlayment and options to improve the venitllation in the attic.  We selected which options we like and Josh was able to give us a quote at that time.  He did say he could give us a 10% discount (I think it was 10%) if we agreed at that time to have Yeager do our roof.  I didn't like being pressured that way.  It seemed like something the car dealerships do to pressure you into a purchase.   But I had previously called Vondette roofing.  I was NOT impressed with them.  I asked if they would come out and give me a quote.  They said yes.  I said when can we meet.  They said they didn't need to meet with me.  They could just come out, look at the roof and give me a quote.  What!?  No meeting with customer.  No going up on the roof to inspect?  No going into the attic to inspect?   They came out (never saw them) and sent me a quote in the mail.  It was for about $16000.   Less than Yeager.  $16,000 for what?  What shingles were they quoting?  What underlayment?  No ventillation improvements...   I sent Vondette an e-mail asking them how could they quote me a price when they didn't even inspect my roof?  When they didn't even discuss anything with me.  How insulting to think I would pay $16,000 for something without even a discussion?   Long story short, I went with Yeager.  They did a great job.  Took 4 days.  Cleaned up at the end of each day.  The crew was very polite and professional.  And they garauntee their work.   However, I gave them A score all except for professionalism.  And the reason for that is the pressure of having to make a decision the day of the inspection and quotation to get a discount.  I told Josh they need to get rid of that process.   You should get at least 2, preferably 3 quotes for a roof job.  They should come out and inspect your roof and attic.  Make sure you discuss options for shingles and underlayment.  I recommend you have Yeager do the last quote and not until you have prices from your other companies.  This will enable you to make a decision the day of thier inspect.  That is if they keep the process of offering the discount only on the day of inspection.   I would definately have Yeager do my roof agian.

There's a portion of my driveway that I'm not completely happy with. I've been meaning to call them and I haven't done so. So, I can't say anything negative about that spot until I give him a chance to correct it. Otherwise, I am perfectly satisfied with their work. He came on top and they started work when they said they would. They did what they were supposed to do. They did their work and left. They were not troublesome at all. They didn't make a nuisance of themselves at the house or anything like that.
