He spent a good deal of time with me explaining his approach and experience and even gave me a high-level estimate over the phone, which was about half the price quoted by another contractor. Craig spent a lot of his free time assisting me selecting tile for both the shower and floor. He was exceedingly patient, as I was struggling a little with making decisions, but I never felt pressured. His work is excellent and his crew was respectful and thoroughly cleaned up every day before they left. Craig checked in with me nearly every day over the course of the project. We will hire Craig for future projects!"
