"One of our rental homes had a bad house fire. We had to gut it down to the studs, kept the exterior siding, but everything else had to be replaced, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, plus walls, floors, ceilings, bathroom and kitchen. The works. Tyler from SimpleFix ran the project with his crew, kept in great communication, and stayed on it until we were satisfied with the finished work. His estimate was accurate, and we have received rave reviews from tenants about how grateful the place looks since then. We've continued to use SimpleFix for many projects since then, and we keep coming back to because they communicate promptly and get the work done right. We highly recommend SimpleFix, and we often refer them to friends and family, too."

"Working with Northstarr Builders was a great experience. Project quote was precise, and project was started on-time and completed a head of schedule. Work was excellent and staff was great to work with--blended in as part of our family. Northstarr Builders is super!"

"Very professional, and timely. The project came in under budget, allotting for the finishing of the kitchen. Thank you and your crew 😊"

"Jacob and his crew at Krustch Renovation were stellar. They provided clear and consistent communication. He asked questions and offered input. His crew painted a full house interior with clean cut lines, and two coats, in four days. he then led a walkthrough and created a punch list to complete any areas needing extra paint. He patched walls and painted the trim. And finally, he painted the cabinets in the kitchen as well. He was kind and honest in his assessment of a quote and delivered a professional service for a fair price and good value."

"Great job and follow up."

"They did in one day and cleaned up afterwards. Price was reasonable. The whole crew was great. I wouldn't hire anyone else!"

"It went very well! Professionally done, no concerns when it was completed. Our shower and entire bathroom look 100% different."
