I sent 3 e mails. All ignored. Tried calling customer service 3 times kept getting recording no one available to take my call. Left 3 voicemails all ignored. Installers broke my $17.00 toilet paper holder and dented drywall under it. They credited me whole $20.00 to go to Home Depot, pick up replacement and install myself. The drywall I will have to mud and sand when I get around to painting the bathroom. Hansons will never touch another house of mine. "
