The quality of the build was second to none. The added walls were done so well, it looks like they were always there. The project took a little over a week. The team cleaned up every single day which I very much appreciated. They worked to make sure the work was done with as little disruption as possible. "We contracted with JAM Home Services (Jeff) to repair and paint walls, ceilings and closets in the living/dining room and 3 bedrooms of our house. We also asked about installing base board where missing/damaged and also installing shoe molding in all rooms (we had just had carpeting removed and hardwood floors refinished), While his was not lowest estimate for the project, we were impressed with his knowledge, suggestions for successful completion and his professionalism. At our request, he suggested several colors that would work with the hardwood floors. We agreed on a start date, which had to be firm, to meet a specific timeline to place our house on the market. A week before start date, he checked in with us to be sure we still on schedule. As it happened, other projects were already completed, so he started a week earlier than planned and completed the project withing the 4 days he had originally estimated. We could not have been more pleased with the result! Each day, the work space was cleared and cleaned, except for drop cloths left to protect floors. He repaired a baseball-sized hole in the wall in one bedroom, repaired a crack in the plaster above a door in the living room, filled all nail holes. The paint on all ceilings, wall and closets was smooth and even - no messy corners or bleeding edges. The new base boards and and shoe molding were such great enhancements to the rooms. We highly recommend JAM Home Services for anyone with home repair or improvement project needs!"

"The job took longer than expected but Rob worked with us to develop a design with a great designer. Then he and his partner did the demo work, all install, etc. They quoted for labor only and provided me with all bills for materials so nothing was hidden. This was a very complex job and it was interesting listening to the two debate each little detail. We changed a few things mid stream and they did not charge for them. Great experience considering the mess.
