"We have a 91 airstream that needed the subfloor repaired and new vinyl laid down. Mike did an excellent job with both! Mike is very professional and very attentive to details. He is very knowledgeable in everything that he does. We also had him come and stain our deck and once again he did an excellent job. "I had an area of my deck rotting out. I had 2 other companies out that only wanted to sell a whole new deck and feed me a bunch of BS. Roots met me and showed me exactly what was bad and what he could do to fix it and make it look like it was never patched. His price was very fair. No BS, straight to the point. They worked clean. No mess, and they were very mindful of the many flowers and shrubs along the deck. Job well done."

"Didn't have the right equipment to do my job. Purchased the wrong size supplies several times, or could not locate supplies that were easily found at HomeDepot. Threatened to take me to court if I didn't pay him before the work was complete. His helper power washed on high near back windows, causing water to leak into the house---work I did not ask them to do. Will see in the spring if downspouts are still in place."
