They poured a new concrete pad, constructed a large pole-structure porch with standing seam metal roof, and installed a new patio french door. Through all this, Aden was very communicative and responsive to all my questions. He is easy to reach by phone. The crew is patient and spend time discussing the customer's options before beginning work. The project was completed on time and within budget. I have experience working with various contractors, and D&L impressed me with their quality of framing. Nothing was done sloppily or rushed. Everything was square, clean cut, and to our specifications. I would trust D&L to do any type of concrete, framing, or metal roofing project you may have. 5/5 stars."

Threatened to take me to court if I didn't pay him before the work was complete. His helper power washed on high near back windows, causing water to leak into the house---work I did not ask them to do. Will see in the spring if downspouts are still in place."
