I had the pleasure of meeting with Jake himself while he gave me an estimate of what the remodel would cost. He was both friendly and professional. You can tell he is seriously dedicated to his work. I was shocked at how fast and precise Jake worked. He replaced all drywall in the room, replaced trim and casing, put in new electrical outlets and switches. It looks wonderful! Dinse Contracting LLCWe hired Brian and his team to remodel our outdated Master Bath and couldn't be more pleased. It is important to know that we were specifically looking for a contractor that we could trust as we are not local and needed the confidence that the work would be done perfectly without our day to day supervision. Before starting, Brian spent a ton of time with us discussing our goals and what some options might be to get the results we were looking for. Once the work was started, we were amazed at the attention to detail that was put into every step of the job by everyone on the team that was put into our work. At one point, we even went back and made different tile choices based upon Brian's observation of some defects in the tile we chose that we never even noticed. The work was smooth from beginning to end and Brian was in constant contact all along the way letting us know how things were progressing and bringing new ideas to our attention. Brian Lynn Carpentry9/7 & 9/8/2020 Brian did an excellent job of replacing the drywall seam tape where it was coming off the wall. He also repaired a joint crack in the ceiling and painted the Both of the repaired areas. Brian gave me a fare price for the work he performed. Matt and his team did a great job helping me fix up my father’s house for sale. They went above and beyond for us. In 20 degree weather they climbed on top of a gazebo to put glass work back on top and made sure the rest of the glass was redone so it would stay up. They were quick and efficient.
