We hired his company to install carbon fiber straps on two of our basement walls that were starting to bow in a bit. We had quotes from several other companies, and we chose Precision Foundation Systems because their rates were competitive, he was incredibly knowledgeable about the process, and there was no BS nickle and diming going on like a lot of the other companies. He just quoted an all-in rate, then did a really beautiful job. They installed additional bracing where needed (and other companies did not include) and even added an additional strap at no addition charge--all to ensure he was completely resolving the issue and not leaving us with a potential problem in the future. He didn't mark up the permits at all either, which we appreciated. At the end of the day, it's all about the quality of the work, and I can't imagine anyone doing it better, cleaner, or more professionally. Thank you for exceeding our expectations Russ! "We had water in the basement, seeping in from the floor. They dug  a trench to the sump pump, removed the standing water that had not been allowed to drain properly in the most efficient way, and replaced the inadequate sump pump with one that will do the job correctly. They brought enough of a crew to complete the job in half a day which we also appreciated.  They also filled a few cracks in the foundation walls to prevent any future leaks. We had worked with them before and knew that they were an honest and reputable firm."

"Very professional and well-done work to perform repairs to 4 cracks that were leaking from previous repairs and repaired multiple rod holes in foundation. Many of which either were actively leaking prior to repairs or showing signs of leaking soon. The tech, Randy, had previously not been out to site before for quote. About halfway through the job had me re-verify that all rod holes that were previously identified and discussed were being addressed.
