Big Bear Tree Care did a great job with cutting the wood and stacking it neatly and grinding the stump of our fallen tree then adding topsoil. They also took a few small trees growing out of my snowball bush! Everything looks great!

Showed up when scheduled. Crew chief was a certified arborist and very knowledgeable. Good clean-up and removed all debris. Equipment broke down but returned a week later to finish the job.

They use arborists and they can recognize the different trees and the growth patterns. One of the problems I have with them is that the person who comes and makes the assessment of what needs to be done is very knowledgeable and then sometimes the people who actually do the work are not doing...
