"This is a small, owner-operated business with diligent and trustworthy support employees. Kevin communicated with us regularly and was clear in his explanations. His estimate included minor repairs to siding. Where he noted defects (mostly due to aging) he pointed them out and even took some pictures to clarify what was wrong. He caulked areas, prior to painting, that should have been taken care of by the original builder. We chose a rather bold color to be applied to vinyl siding. He took the time and effort to make sure that shifting of the siding would have a minimal impact on the final appearance. His final invoice was more than fair considering the quality of his work. His attention to detail was incredible! He was easy to work with and we can't recommend him highly enough."

"We got along great at first but, the first day had a crew that kept coming and going out of my house. Very inexperienced crew in which they missed multiple spots on my walls. When done kept noticing issues on the walls, second time the owner came to get paid I pointed this out that the prep work on the walls was very bad if any. The owner got very agitated and left when I refused to pay. Threatened to take me to court in which he did after I tried to resolve these issues through the BBB. In court he literally bullied me when it came to us negotiating, said I verbally abused him that is why he left my house. He also lied and said he put in "extra expenses" on my walls. His crew was at my house not even 35 hours. This situation really bothers me how he turned on me like this. I have to hire someone else to repair their work. According to ALL his websites, he seems like he has a great reputation. I have 57 plus pictures, and my son as a witness. The court Hudsonville 58th district sided with him even when I stated he was not being truthful. The full report is with the Better Business Bureau of West Michigan."
