They were very receptive to some minor changes that we had during the construction and were very upfront and honest when minor issues arose. They worked every day until the project was complete (unlike some who work one day or part of one day, then move to another job before coming back). The finished wall looked better than we thought it would and we were very pleased with it - we even had a couple of neighbors make rave reviews of the finished product, making note of the attention to detail that the crew made.
